Meet Leiza Augsburger, Programs Director for ADRA Switzerland, whose wish is for everyone to know they are not invisible.

"Let people know that they matter and they are loved and seen."
As we continue celebrating Women's History Month, we invite you to watch this behind-the-scenes on how Leiza's career path changed when she volunteered with ADRA in 2002.
"In the fields, they know us, and they know if we are here is to do good."
